Man v Horse comes to Tyn y Cwm

Been told today that the Man v Horse race on Saturday 8th June, has had to have a route diversion
for this year, and they are going to come down through our ford before heading over the hills.
The event is one of the strange ones that are based at Llanwrtyd Wells, bog snorkelling is the best known. The man v horse is a 22mile race, between runners and riders. Horses normally win, the first man to win, about 3 years ago, won £25000, William Hill sponsored the event, adding a £1000 every year to the prize money. Now it's fixed at £1000.
