Blooming Flowers

The sun continues to shine and the flowers are really going all out to look their best.
I don't always get the best out of my sweet peas, so I put in quite a lot more this year  with various forms of support and they are all looking great, beautifully scented, as are the delicate little pinks in the pots by the conservatory, can't seem to get the focus right on them when I try to photograph them.
As for the roses well the foliage has been superb and now the blooms are looking great as well.
In the veg garden, strawberries are delicious, picking lettuce, beetroot, turnip and carrots. Lots more coming on, the blackcurrants look big and plentiful, the new white currant looks red. The gooseberries are not far off, and at last a good crop of raspberries.
Plenty of watering, handy living next to a small river, and the hedge trimmers been repaired so hedges to cut and lawns to mown. Very busy !
