Goldfinches back

Lovely to see the goldfinches back over the last couple of   weeks, after the niger seeds, 6  today.                            Also seen 3 greater spotted woodpeckers on the nuts at the back or waiting nearby for their turn.
The buzzards and red kites seem to pairing up, no sign of nest building yet. Haven't been able to spend much time in the woodland garden to watch out for the dipper , but the knee is coming on fine so soon will be able to.

I love this update about the beautiful birds. I used to have this same bird as well but she just after some time I don't know why but maybe the environment didnt suit it and she died.
